Headed out at 4:30 to great seas. Sat down in 250 foot around the 400 line waiting to see what the storm cell was going to do offshore of us. Talked to a fisherman on the other side of it to see what it was like. He said looked clear so we pushed through the high winds and rain. In about 390 feet shotgun line went screaming… hoo ON! Got him to the boat and over the gunnel he went! Nice fish to get the skunk out the way. Picked up 3 more dolphin hoping to get on some of that sail and blue marlin action! Picked up and called it a day. Good ride back in except the last 10 miles…it got bumpy! The normal for the Charleston washing machine! Video coming soon…

Don’t get me wrong; I try to only wear long sleeves in the sun these days. For reel. I’m getting too old and too smart to get blistered in the sun anymore.

Haters gonna hate… get in line douche… BUT…if I kept extra clothes in the back of my truck for pictures that wouldn’t help too much 60 miles offshore… and yes I wear long sleeves all year out there myself for the same reasons anybody else would!
