Fished out of Bohicket the 27th & 28th. Made it out to the Edisto Banks both days but was bumpy. on Friday the seas really stacked up but we managed to still get a nice spread out. Found baitfish starting at 100 ft and picked up a few nice Dolphin in 150 feet but did not see anything exciting out at the ledge. Never raised any billfish. Ran in at 18mph. Saturday was a little more layed down in the morning but again stacked up. Found baitfish and mixed action at Banks in 250 ft. Kingfish, Wahoo cutoff, nice Marlin picked up but hook pulled, dolphin. Missed a few sails playing with baits then highlight was my 12 yr old son Charlie catching his first sail. Been talking about it every since. It was definately a daymaker. Even with crazy seas and crossing wind, we still pushed in at 25mph on Saturday. Finished the day in tradition by throwing my son into the river.
