BEAT our way out to 90-100’ of water Saturday with a live well full of pogeys. Plenty of BSB out there, just not the hogs we thought we’d find. kept 3 limits for the table. Lots of donkeys about, and one nice trigger fish. high light of the day was 2 ARS released for another day, and an emergency poop off the swim ladder in 3-4’ seas. Just glad they didn’t get a picture of that. Thanks to Mark for the ride out and of course we had a great crew as always. (Mark, myself, Ken, and Jay S.)
Dang shame to throw those fish back. Livewell finally worked like it should have from the start. I hate AJ’s and critters that cut the hooks off nice jigs and critters that cut off lines when you know that fish on the other end is a state record groupa.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

There was a bucket on board, he just didn’t want to have to take all the rope and chain out then put it back. I think it was touch and go at that point. LOL, he did look kind of hurt that I took the Porta-Pot off the boat for storage.[:0]
