Went jogging yesterday morning and stopped at a nearby dock and saw reds cruising a mud flat for breakfast. Watched a couple reds have a Mexican standoff with crabs in full salute defense mode. To my surprise, the reds passed on the crabs twice. I figured they didn’t have leverage as it was very shallow. But, I knew they wouldn’t pass on a quartered crab, so I went back this morning and got this guy in 15 mins, released him, and headed into work.
