Trolled all day from 150’ to 500’& it was slowwwwwwwwww. Lots of cuda’s again. We had about 10 cudas die because I poped their air bladder with the gaff so it could go back to the bottom??? Not sure what I’m doing wrong?? Did pick up a few peanuts with the spinning gear schooled up around a refrigerator door. Bottomed dropped in 150’ on a new spot & found a great one. You can drift for 2 miles & still be on some good structure. Pulled up some kings, grouper, snapper, bsb, porgies, etc, when Shane’s rod got slammed. After a great fight it ended up being a nice cobia. Never caught a cobia on the bottom in 150’. Great meat. Shane also found a Bottle with a message in it. Message said that it was thrown in Aug. 9th from Eleuthera Island in the Bahamas. Guess it floated pretty far in 21 days.
