Haven’t posted in a while but the new boat has been great and fishing this past month has been strong.
Fished the Wando early morning on Saturday. It was a slow run to the area with all the fog but the conditions were perfect when I arrived. Started with top water and got 6 reds. Switched to the soft plastics and got 3 more. Kept moving around and picked up 3 small trout. Tried to pick up a flounder for the next hour and a half and didn’t get a bite. Admittedly, I stink at catching flounder, especially when I’m trying. Was working mostly oyster beds along grass lines. Skitterwalk and Zman 4" paddler were the lures of the day despite trying a bunch of other stuff.
One of the reds had a tag but unfortunately someone had clipped it in half and couldn’t read the remaining serial number.
Only managed one pic since I was by myself but got some Go Pro footage. Anyone know of a user friendly video editor? I’ve got several hours of video footage that I’d like to condense.
I gave up trying to be good years ago. It’s too much work. Only have a Mac at home but I’m assuming it has some lousy free software already on it. Just have to sit down and inked with it.
No spot on its tail? That’ has always amazed me why some have several and some have none. Pretty color on that one., cant wait to get home and get out!!
