Early morning adventure 5th boat out with 5 more behind me. Found shrimp in 15-16 feet. Size improving but still culled the smalls. Almost a cooler in 1.25 hours until a stingray tore a large hole in my net. Repairs on Saturday. Fished a bit and found a couple 22” reds before heading home to put shrimp in the freezer.

Bummer about the net. Im heading to cape romain in the morning. Ive been there twice in the last 5 weeks and we got on the biggest shrimp that i have ever seen there. BB size shrimp. Hope to get that cooler full and some reds and blacks in the box as well. The reports that I have been hearing and seeing across the board are that rhe shrimp are plentiful and on the larger side.
