BOB

it had to be at night. you do not catch them in the daytime there. then again a new member might just lie thinking that the ocean is not big enough for anybody else. other than that. nice job on good size shrimp. lol lol

Senior Member sounds very jealous of new member catching shrimp. You go catch a cooler full and post your picture. Better yet just stay on your computer and throw your mouth might be better than a net. This is why I only see the same members posting. Where I come from it will make your nose sore to call a man a liar. I don’t need to post on here, I ll bet you wont see another picture!!!

BOB

Nice haul for sure!

Thick skin Bob, thick skin is what it takes round here, and a pound of salt!

sorry ms. bob. did not mean to hurt your feelings. by your post it is obvious that you are not from around here. around here you got to get used to the picking. i have shrimped more days than you can probably count but at this time it appears that work is interfering . as a matter of fact; i had the first numbered shrimping tags 10 years ago. #20 the next and #36 the next and #57 the next. been doing this for right at 20 years but living in the mid state it is not as easy to drive 15-20 minutes andbe in the water. just get over it and you will be fine. by the way. welcome to the site. and ooooooooooooh! not bothered at all about your little sore nose threat. lighten up and have some fun. ha ha ha

very NICEEE!!!

Nice Job!

hey bob: seriously that was a nice cooler of shrimp. i do welcome you to the site. we have been having fun on here for a long time. if you think this is tough go to the striper site. i take much more than i give. anyway i do apologize if you took my messing with you wrong but that means that i am just the first one. ha ha. how old is your son? mine is 29 and until last year he had not been shrimping in ten years. we coolered out in the bay inside two hours with huge shrimp and now he is hooked. it is a pure joy to have him as my fishing , golfing, shrimping, tailgating and hunting partner. i put a nice buck down with him last sunday on his land. once again welcome to the site and hang on.

Coolbreeze my son is 40 years old he just started throwing a net last year. We never got a cooler full until last night (well almost).

BOB

Good job Bob and Son!

bob; then you must be close to my age. i am 62. just wait until you really get into them. it is so much fun that you do not mind throwing a pancake every now and then. unfortunately it does not happen every trip. i can go to mccllenville @carolina seafood and buy 16-20 ct shrimp for under $300lb but the fun is the arguing between the driver and the thrower. also there may be a small amount of beverage drinking and radio going on. once again welcome and have fun with this site. feel free to jump right in . we are used to it and the most of us can take it. the only bad thing is that this typewriter does not put the sarcasm into it like you would like. then you would know when we are messing with you. take care.

CoolBreeze, ive gotten under $300lb on shrimp this year, but the fish are more like $1000lb. Maybe one day I’ll get to move closer to the coast and get that figure down too. But you are correct when you say its all in the doing it yourself. Anyway, good job Bob and keep catching them!
