I fished the high tides over the weekend with keith from Macon.
He caught the only fish the first day and two on the second. I caught three on the second day.
The fish were not tailing much at all. They are more keyed in on mullet and shrimp.
They ate two different crab patterns, a mad mike crab, and a custom redfish fly that Keith picked up.
Here are a couple of Keiths action shots.

Keith’s action shots?!? He’s just STANDING there.Kidding aside, good job keeping the grass fishing season open just a little longer.
He makes it look easy and I suck at taking photos. I think the tailing season is over. I only saw a couple of tails, mostly cruising fish.
It was great fun with great company. The last tally was 19 tailers this summer.
