9 Hour Charter 02-08-08

Got a call yesterday requesting a trip for today. I knew the weather was going to be just okay, but they were game. Not once did they complain about the 2 to 4 @ less than 4 seconds this am. It did lay down to 1 to 2. We started @ 25 miles but the bite was lame. Did catch some live bait. Next went to 30 miles got some bigger sea bass, but I was not pleased with that so we went 35 miles and bingo. We caught scamp, b-liners, triggers, and:

a 9’ Sand tiger on a diamond jig with a locked/ceased drag and a 7’ nurse shark.

Purpose one didn’t stop until we were on the fish! Great charter, would go again in a hearbeat. Rick is a top notch captain with endless fishing spots. Tiger shark was sweet and gave the angler a run for his money. Purpose one knows bottom fishing! Thanks for a good time Captain Rick.

23 Sea Hunt “My Last Boat V”

If you can’t stand behind our soldiers, try standing in front of them.

what???

no vaccum sealer…

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up and loudly proclaiming, “WOW! What a ride!”

ef, a vac sealer works great, but if you don’t have one…try covering those fillets with water. they will stay fresh longer.
