decent ride out at 7 to 95’. got a nice ars on the frist drop, alot of really nice big bee-liners, grey triggers, bsb’s & other bottom fush. made a dive around 11 when the bite slowed down & picked up a 7 lbs. lobster, a 24" gag and shot 15lb gag in the face at 3’ but he shook off. Gary of 2-w diving fame also hit the same fish which shook off again and we both missed a couple more groupers. viz about 30’ no current, awesome dive. picked at them during our 3 hr. surface interval then hit the bottom again, great conditions but no shooters! mega bite but a 15 lbs. mahi in the boat after free lining a pogey to him and at least 5 laps around the boat. the weather could not have been better, the ride in was great aboard ada-bean. great crew today, awesome weather, very relaxing. headed to fla. fri. for 10 days to dive and harvest lobsters during the mini season. looking forward to some time off!
