Launched from Garris Landing last Thursday AM in search of trout, weather was great, tide was rising and the bite was on! First cast with a mud minnow under a popping cork, twitch, twitch and I didn’t get to reel up my slack when the popper was gone and it was on! a nice 20" trout was my reward. Caught eleven more over the next hour or so with only one being under 14" I kept the last three for dinner that night.
