a little rub......

with seasoning last night and put them in the refrig… took them out this morning and slow baked them in the oven in a browning bag to keep them moist…took them out and they looked like this…

placed on baking sheet and brushed with a bbq mixture and place back in oven to allow it to “set”…came out looking like this…

made some rice using a little of the meat broth(drained the grease from it) and some hash…had to use some store bought hash but sauteed a little vidalia onin and adde a tablespoon or two of Q sauce to it…baked beans with added brown sugar, vidallia onion bacon and honey, and corn on the cob.
forgot the dinner rolls so made redneck bread instead:-D

finished product…

was it good???

and the ribs look dark but were not burnt.

ribs came out moist and tender…fall of the bones good…

nanner pudding for dessert…
