Ricky, I go to thinking about it and I’d bet the extremely low humidity here helps a bit, as well.

Maybe you posted this earlier, but couldn’t find it.
What are you shooting with? Also, what is your ‘go to’ lens?
I am renting the Canon 35mm 1.4L and Canon 15mm 2.8 fisheye over Christmas since I have 1.5 weeks off to try them out.

Both those last pics were using the 16-35 2.8L. It’s actually my least favorite lens of my lineup, with the 50mm 1.2L being my favorite.
That 35 1.4L is on my short list…
