General Cooking your catch

A 20 Minute meal. Started out with some Applewood smoked bacon, Browned it and render the fat to cook the cut up chicken breast.

Looking good. Right before it was done I drained the fat and added some white wine. Reduced and added everything back

Add some fire roasted tomatos with garlic and add your bacon back in

Stir up and let simmer

Plate with some angelhair pasta and eat it up.

I had a patent on that recipe! haz cant hold a cnadle to my cookin…he’d be burnt like the BBQ he fixs…he’s a small fry like the fish he catchs…:smiley::smiley:,need I say more??
