Has anyone ever frozen blue crab from here and used in the Abacos? Or any local bait that we use here down there?

I’ve taken ballyhoo, squid and cigar minnows to the Abacos. Not sure why you’d want crabs, but go for it

I have never been, so I wasn’t sure if it was even worth taking. Thanks for the heads up. Save me the trouble of trapping them all, only to find out they weren’t worth taking.
The Abacos is not the USA and there aren’t many bait dealers. If you find bait it won’t be cheap. It’s close enough to bring your own frozen bait, and plan to catch your live bait.

there is a boat rental place in Treasure Cay area, he had bait sometimes and knew where to get bait if needed, wifey and I want to go back there, really nice
