Accurate Boss Fury 600 reviews?

I’m looking to get a midrange geared, single speed bottom fishing reel for 80 lb braid. I plan on fishing between 100-800 ft with 8-16 oz of lead and similar sized jigs. I currently have an Avet HX 5/2 that I enjoy fishing with but I want to go back to a single speed geared in the 4:1 ish range while staying under $400.

The Accurate Boss Fury 600 looks like a bad ass reel and I’m intrigued. Has anyone fished with one or owned one? What are your thoughts? Also looking at the single speed Avet HX 4.2.

Spend the extra few bucks for the regular Accurate. 600n or nn will give you plenty of line for what you need. I have or have had every just about every one they make.

Just got the Fury 600n in loaded with 80lb braid and am very impressed with the quality and feel of it so far. It’s nice and light but feels very sturdy. I’m looking forwar to beating up on some big halibut with this badboy!
