I am thinking of adding a t-top to 21’ Sea Pro bayboat. Any suggestions and maybe a ballpark price? Thanks

I have a 21 sea pro bay and i think it would get in the way of casting if three people were fishing.

T-tops are great for storage and something to hold on to in rough water. Ive got one on my 19ft sea pro.

My neighbor had a guy put one on his sea pro. Found an ad on Craigslist. It was a Stryker top. Dropped it off in Charleston, looked good. I will see if I can get the info from my neighbor and pass it on to you. From what a remember it was about $1,000

Who do you suggest making a custom t-top, and what is a ballpark price?

I think I paid $1500 many years ago for my 19ft KeyWest.

Raymond Martin, Martin Marine Design in Hardeeville builds the nicest tops I’ve ever seen, with any option you want. I’d figure on about $2500 installed.

I paid about what Fishb8 says a few years ago to these guys. Good top though.

A custom built top with 4 rod holders, canvas, and white anchor/nav light should start at around $1800.00. Extra rod holders about $55.00 ea. If you want an electronics box, add at least $300.00,(wiring with fuse block & ground strip will add about $80.00-$100.00). Spreader lights, add another $40.00 ea. or more, depending on type. If you want outrigger mounts, another $100.00 or more, once again, depending on type of outrigger. I used to include free installation.
These are prices that I would charge if I were still building tops. I wish I still had the room to build t-tops, but unfortunatly I’m limited to smaller stuff like poling platforms & leaning posts, etc.
