I know there are alot of good morning reports but any body been doing any fishing in the evening this week. Are they schooling schooling in the evenings like the mornings??

I went out 2 evenings this week and didn’t see any schooling at all, so I decided to take off early Thurs afternoon and check out the early afternoon schooling I’ve been hearing about.
I got in the water at 2:45 and saw some schooling in a few different spots, but it was spotty and they weren’t staying up long. I finally saw a good school come up in a deep cove. I went over there and decided to just sit and wait to see if they came back up. Turned on the radio, popped open a cold one and sat in the front of the boat waiting. Nothing.
Went to the back of the boat to get something and took a look at the FF. Whoops…Shoulda done that sooner. 
Dropped down a spoon and it was on. Got 5 in no time at all before they scattered. All on a 2 oz Hopkins spoon.
Just about the time they dissapeared on the screen, they started schooling in the area and were schooling as I left about 4:15.

That’s soooo funny … I can picture you sitting on the front drinking a cold one while the fish are under the back of the boat laughing at you … LOLOL
