Fished down to the 500line. Started in 300 feet. Took fnavigator(fernado) and some of his coworkers. They were lots of fun and good anglers. We caught 6 out of 8 sailfish, 1 for 3 wahoos. Most of the bites were in 360 to 380 feet. We had one doubleheader with fernado fighting one. The fish split us and went in opposite directions. Luckily we got them both. i guess it was our day. Fernado please get pictures posted as I think yall got tons. Thank you for a great and fun day.
Boss called us on the way thru jetties to ask us to go hunting. After washing the boat we hauled b** to his place and i saw a doe on the corn pile as i was entering. I was wearing the same clothes that i wore fishing and i still stunk. As i got next to a tree she ran away. I made in to stand about 20 minutes before dark. a spike came out an dthen 3 does. I waxed the biggest.
What a great day. I am lucky and feel blessed to catch fish and kill a deer in the same day. Back out it wed and thursday.

This is a great time of year,Capt. We went to the ledge Tuesday and loaded the Fishin’ Mission’s stbd box with snapper, triggers, and grouper.Saw a sail free jumping, and caught a suicide dolphin.I killed an 8pt Thurs pm and another 8pt Sat am after over sleeping, hauling butt, and getting in the stand at 0729.He died at 0735.Went shrimping alone last night and got a 1/2 cooler in a little over an hour.Oh, and got to spend some “quality” time with the wife Sunday am before going to church. One of my top 10 weeks ever!Good job on the sails and flat head.We have seen you many times while trolling in May and June and you set a good example in “Weedline Etiquite”.
