Aggressor 5-31

Fished up to the north today. The ocean was dead. nO flyers and no life. Ran down south and foung a weedine in 1300 feet. There were some nice dolphins on board. thank you Duffy Connely to allow Don Hammond to tag alot of dolphins. It was awesome to learn all of the knowledge and data that Don has on these fish. Don was trying and hoping to put a tag in a 30lb plus dolphin. We got the oppotunity. Had around a 45lber right tot the boat and it pulled the hook right before Don could put a sat tag in it. ■■■■ so close. Oh well we tried/ Thank you again Duffy and Don.

Sounds like you have been smoking the dolphin lately. From talking to all the guys riding along to tag and such, what are they saying about the fish populations? Seems like the dolphin bite is as good now as it has been in years. Any reason? Do they think it will keep up? Thanks for all your info to the site you guys definatly set the bar around here.

Just wanted to say that you are definitely first class, i was exiting shem creek yesterday and saw you heading in and was dreading passing you in the narrow channel but you dropped off plane upon entering the shem creek channel. there was a kayak tucked up in the docks and I was going to raise you on the radio to inform you but didnt need to since you dropped down. does every boat out of shem creek do this? Glad you tagged a few.

Mike - wish I had made the run to the South w/ you. It would have been 34 miles for me at that point. Sounds like it was worth it to join the fish catching BG. Nice salvage on your day. The Sauidis need to subsidize your fishing - you are keeping those oil wells pumping.

Mike,

Thanks for the info out there. Enjoyed being in the same waters as you. My crew really thought I knew what I was doing when they saw you troll by!
