sounds like a good deal. i woiuld go look at it in person first. i was just down there yesterday. if would have known i could have stopped and looked at it for you real quick. albemarle has always been good boats. kinda like a pocket yacht sportfisher. the only bad thing is gas motors. would be awesome if it had a couple of small yanmar or cummins diesels in it

Those are definitely ‘hard times’ prices, the right time to ‘jump’ if you are ever going to, unbelieveable.
I had a buddy who bought one that was about 8-10 years old for 69,000 in '90 or so; sold it 2 years later for around 45 orso.
That '89 w/'09 power extende warranty available hopefully is the ticket, unless there are other isssues like fuel tank[s], wiring, canvas, no electronics, etc.; get a marine survey on ANYTHING you look to buy, and especially tank[s], transom, and above items.
