Nothing as rewarding as seeing the smile on a child’s face when they watch their first fish! You know…people refer to folks who aren’t “seasoned fisherman” as newbies…well if that’s so…and I could experience the joy of my “first catch” over and over again…heck…I d be glad to be a " newbie " for the rest of my life!

Can’t remember my first fish but, I’d put money it was on a bamboo pole (either fresh or salt water). Pretty sure my smile looked just like this one though… :wink:

I had the same pleasure two weeks ago with my son! Great job dad, that’s what it’s all about!!!
