Ran way south to some live bottom in 100’. Great visibility and the fish were plentiful. caught a lot of triggerfish and Black sea bass on rod and reel. Diving we did well on the lobster, hogs and gags.
One big alpha male hog got territorial with me. Came right at me then turned sideways and flared his dorsal to show who was boss. Awesome to see. The shot stoned him cold. .

Don't do it. Way too many sharks out there nowadays and they have gotten way more aggressive since Obama took office - oh yeah, and global warming...
