Fresh face moved in the hood recently so he got a 1 day all inclusive trip to come play for a day. It started off good with the bonnet heads with a double right out the chute and a few more after that. We saw way more cruising the bank than ever but zero hits came from the ones being seen which was bizarre. Moved up to the next spot as the tide turned a couple more doubles came from that hole and a couple big sharks broke off. Left when the tide touched the grass to ol’ reliable and it was big shark chess match after that. We had several hammers that we still can’t master hooking after they take close to 200 yards of line out. 2 big rays that were between 25-37 lbs. 3 blacktips that came airborne trying to shake free that rolled the line around them which cut #45 braid like butter that were between 4.5’-5.5’. And another unidentifed species that was able to hit like a big shark, take 125 yards of line out like nothing but not get hooked without even harming the bait at all. That was like 8 of those fish. Never struggled to hook big fish like that all season but our lucky customer was thrilled to be out on the water doing what he’s passionate about and watching, seeing, and living the experience of what Youngen Style Charters does best…
