Hello everyone,
I’ve been reading everyone’s post for a while now and I finally bought myself a ride 135 and my wife a tarpon 14. We tried them out in the Congaree River last sat. We caught a few cats, and some bass. We love these kayaks, but I really would like to hook up an anchor trolley system. I went to Lowes today to buy the hardware to do it myself but I figured it would be much smarter to get some knowledgeable input before I began drilling holes in our new kayaks. Any help on what type of hardware and the best place to put it, actually any input would be very helpful. Thanks for any help.

…not sure if you’ve also found the “KFS Site”. CharlestonFishing is a great Local Site, KFS is a worldwide site…anyway, here’s a link to ALOT of “Trolley Howto’”. Should answer every question you have, and some you haven’t thought of yet. http://kfs.infopop.cc/eve/forums?a=search&reqWords=anchor+trolley&use_forum_scope=on&forum_scope=220603834

Thanks for the help Paddlin4reds. That web site was a great site it really was alot of help. I’m going to go to West Marine when I get off work tomarrow. That anchor trolley set up and hardware shown was just what I was looking for. We went to the river again yesterday, I caught 3 smallmouth bass, and quit a few channel cats. The smallmouth are really good fighters. I’m really looking forward to getting down yalls way to hook up with some of yall to catch some of those fish that yall been posting about.
