Another worse fishing trip ever.

Back hurt so i took a pain med last night before bed.Woke up at 4am and got some water and went back to bed.Woke up at 6am to get ready to fish.Felt really bad.Around 7 headed out tot he boat to load up.Still felt bad.Frank and joey came and off we went with a load of crabs,squid and dead shrimp.Stopped at the Marina and Non Eth gas was $4.20 a gal.$160.00 later boat was full and off we went me still feeling bad.Did not want to cancel the trip Joey age 12 wanted to shark fish.Ran to Folly and set lines out.6 croakers later i was really sick.We moved and re anchored on the other side and after no hits i was ready to go home.Felt bad Joey did not get a shark.Frank ran the boat home and now several hours later i still feel like crap.NIce day no fish but good to have friends that understand.They cleaned the boat up and i went to bed.Water temp was 84 and clear to 2 feet.the stono was garbage.:frowning_face:

Hope you get to feeling better. I know you will put up with a lot of pain before you’d cancel on a kid. I know the last trip you took Isaac and me out on, you were feeling bad, but it didn’t slow you down. We are grateful for guys like you.

diastolic blood pressure is way better than mine, but that systolic is up there pretty good. No offence, you getting some age on you? Usually with systolic that high and your diastolic that low is a little symbol of aging. Or at least that’s what the doc told Dad. Hope you feel better and get the BP under control.

Joe…be careful with the bp meds…you know a Lot of different things could effect your bp. Pain, hydration, or dehydration…not sleeping well…stress…

You now the routine. . Just don’t want you to go from one extreme to the other and bottom out . Call me if I can help. Penn

Looks like i need a Pacemaker.Will see Dr Thursday.If I have to have one i hope it is a 3 volt one.24 volt is a ***** with those two batteries strapped to your back.:slight_smile:
