I saw a truck pulling what looked like an antique 1925 Ford roadster last friday getting off at Ashley Phosphate. It had a prop on the back-stern. Name was something like “Slow boat to nowhere”. Had fadded sheriff’s decals on the door. Couldn’t get my camera out fast enough to get pics. Anyone know any more details? Oldest civillian anphibian I saw before this was a 1950’s aqua car.
One prop or 2? Should be 2 tucked up under the back pretty good.

I’ve seen 2 in charleston and the are small cars with fins on the back like a 57 chevy or ford fairlane. One is blue and the other is red.
I think you mean the Amphi Car from the 50’s like these… The one I saw was much older… 1920’s
