I will be in Wild Dunes with the family next week and was wondering if there are any good spots to catch reds that are accessible without a boat. We have historically only surf fished, but would like to try my hand at catching a few red fish in the creeks.
There is a place where a small bridge crosses Morgan creek and you can scramble down the rocks and fish under the bridge. Buy some mud minnows at the marina and use a Carolina rig You will catch spottails and some flounder there 2 hours either side of low tide. I will try to send you a pic from google maps.
