17 Scout w/ 115 4 stroke Yamaha has been sitting on JetDock for awhile and I can’t seem to get it to crank. Location is Clark Sound James Island

Just about any of the shops make house calls. You just pay for it. How far away from a landing are you? If you have a towing service you would probably do better to have them tow you to a landing, put it on a trailer and haul it to a shop for repairs. You said its been sitting a while.Depending on how long its been sitting, you may be encountering ethanol related issues unless you stabilized the fuel in it. You could be looking at a tank purge and clean, carb or injector cleaning, etc. If that’s the case, they probably won’t do all that on your dock. Good luck.
I may be wrong, but I don’t think the towing services will tow you (FOC anyway) from YOUR dock to a boat ramp. (EDIT: But check your membership agreement for any possible limitations) You could just have a buddy drag you to the ramp, load up and take it to one of the shops. The shops are so busy this time of year, you might not get worked on until the week before Thanksgiving if you have them come to you.
