@bigt7mm How quickly we forget - the site was literally unusable before.
The landing was delayed due to funding issues and the plans are now pending approval by the Army Corps of Engineers. Once approved they can start the construction. Looks like it will be a pretty nice boat landing!!
It’ll draw every Googan around… 
That would make one hell of a commercial for them.
