Fished out of a wooden panga style boat and had a blast. The tackle is lacking in quality but the fish are not. Ask around when you get there and see what there is to offer. Your hotel will cook what you catch and if you give them extra like we did you will be well taken care of the rest of your stay. This was 98 though
