Was gonna try them in the morning. Are the fish still in about the same pattern as last week. Do the guys at the dam have plenty of bait They were pretty slim last monday.

We caught 11 Saturday. My new neighbor and some of his visiting family members got to try some Lake Murray striper fishing for the first time… We fished the lower pool in water at least 90 ft deep…We caught most of them at 70-75 ft deep…some a few cranks off the bottom…It was sporadic fishing as we moved around slowly in the wind and trying to stay in water the correct depth, tryin to keep baits fresh, and tryin to make the most of opportunities when the fish appeared below us…We tripled up one time… most times if we got a bite, we would get two…Fished from daylight till about 2 pm.
