I am interested in going if anyone has an open spot
I am trying to take my boat out, but my truck is in the shop for a transmission rebuild currently trying to either source a truck or source a ride. Finding a truck looks very unlikely at this point in time, so I’m also available for a ride. Just send me a message if anyone needs to fill a spot
Millacd how big a of boat you got?
We are headed out.

Winner sport Cuddy 2280 with twins. After doing some rough math, loaded up for offshore, the whole thing trailer included is north of 7k.
At this point in time, I’m honestly looking more for a ride on someone else’s boat if anyone has a spot. Can bring whatever’s needed 8505728487
We are rolling out as well. Good luck to everyone!

Influxc, I think we saw you out there. Catch much in that area? We didn’t find too much on the troll
We were supposed to go bottom bumping today. Called the trip at 7am. Hope whoever went caught em up!
We headed out of edisto on a 26’ mako and passed one boat (light blue cc with twins) coming back in around 6am. We looked at each other on the boat I was on and said “that aint good” but kept on. Made it 6 miles at 12 knots and were getting soaked. We checked the buoy leaving the ramp and it said 3’ @ 11 seconds. It sure didn’t feel like it, it was more like 3’ @ 5 seconds with som 4’ and 5’ thrown in. We got to 40’ and hung around for about an hour hoping it would lay down. It didn’t. We called the trip and went home.
The strange thing was is there was almost ZERO wind. Mother nature can be cruel.

Man, what a bummer. Gotta be tough to be sitting on the water and decide to turnaround. The seas have been relentless for about 4 weeks now, and always seems to get back between Fri-Mon.

Swell period was 10-11 secs…wave period (chop) was 4-5 secs, just so you know.
