Not yet that we know of. That’s why I made this post, to see if it was too early or not. If I get one anytime soon, don’t worry, I’ll post a pic.
really glad things are looking good for this year. i am relegated to the shore currently as i do not own a boat but i sure love catching those toothy critters.
caught 2 decent spanish on gotcha plugs off the pier today. good luck on your king quest everyone. one of these days i will be able to join in the fun on the water

i did a ton of blind casting haha. i about gave up at one point. the spanish were gorging themselves on glass minnows and you would see them sky from time to time (including a 5 plus pound pig at one point) i concentrated on areas where the minnows were and it paid off eventually
fun to catch a 25 inch spanish on a trout rod with 12 pound test 
persistence was the key that day. wish i had a boat so i could just troll. seems like way less effort hahaha
oh yeah the trolly riggers had a king go after their anchor line (crazy i know… but true). decent size so they are out there somewhere. maybe after this front comes through we might see some landed

Caught one today at capers ledge. was trying to make it deep for some fins but the 2’ to 4’ forcasted ended up more like 4’ to 6’. Nice to know they are here though. Oh, got him on a stretch 25
