I like to use the McCormick garlic pepper grinder and coat liberally. Place into fry pan with hot EVOO. Cook each side of fillet for 2 minutes and dinner is served.

that is so true. so often people want to try and make their fish taste like something other than fish. i often cook fish, especially bottom feeders that way. sometimes i dress it up with a light dusting of flour

congratz

Apply rock salt in bottom of pan a place trigger on top, and put rock salt on fish and cook on 325f for about 45min to an 1hr.ENJOY

Trigger is one I prefer just sauted in butter with a little salt and pepper and some lemon on the plate.

Hold the tomato, fool!

Good stuff…I promise!!

you will need …

1 8 oz block of cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup of raw -peeled- and chopped

1/2 cup good crab meat (jumbo lump or claw)

mix all three together and stuff into a butterflied fillet sprinkle top with paprika(sp)?
cook @ 350 for about 20 to 25 min

and enjoy!!

Fillet leaving skin on, a little butter, lemon, and favorite seasoning. Put on grill skin side down cook to your preferance and use the skin as a bowl. It seems to have a tendancy to draw up in a bowl shape. Great if your not doing anything fancy and want to eat right off the grill.

Fred67: Very nice! Love it that way!
