I have visited with the owner on a couple of occasions over a 4 year span. His offering price and description of the business is consistent with what he has told me. If that lifestyle is something you want, I think think the opportunity is legit. Very visible location. I wish I was in a position to do it.
It looks like a nice setup, but when you do the math it doesn’t look like it will support the debt load, pay the rent and keep the new owners from starving.
