Yep, my thoughts exactly. I’ll lend anything I have except my wife and dog to a friend. They do the same for me. Same rules as above. No expectations. No worries.

OV,maybe I was a little heavy on my philosophy, but it does work - as long as you have trustworthy friends. For example, I loaned my 25 ft. Whaler to a guy who is a “prolific” poster. He didn’t own a boat at the time. When I got it back, it was cleaner than ever an filled with gas. Before and after, he taught me more about bottom fishing than I would ever hope to learn on my own, and I will share his secret: he works his butt off!
