Anyone have/tryed one of these?

We got one for my father in law 2 Christmas’ ago. It works great, just takes longer than frying and to me, doesn’t taste quite as good. It is cheaper and easier to use, though, as there is no oil to buy. I prefer to fry mine, but his have all turned out pretty well. I think academy had them on sale around Christmas the last few years.

Love my smoker… that Weber recipe doesn’t look bad. I don’t care what meat you are smoking (or baking, or grilling) brining is the secret.
