I went out with the fly-rod Wednesday (had a gar on for a sec. or 2), but caught 2 reds at 31" and one at 23" on finger mullet with spinning reel.
It’s all about luck.
Looks like im gonna head out by myself. Any suggestions on a place to try? Somewhere preferably that i wont get stuck at the ramp at low tide 
that always sux, but is a possibility when you go out and dont know the area. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
