Im trying to get my brother into fishing, he’s in the Airforce and hes never really had experience fishing so i was looking into places that i could rent two fishing kayaks? anyone have any suggestions? i know for a fact if i get him out on the water he will love it and want to buy us both kayaks haha!

I know they rent out kayaks on Shem Creek. Not sure if there are any fishing kayaks though.

If he is here in Charleston, they rent kayaks on base. I can’t remeber if they are set up as fishing kayaks but they are sit on tops. I have taken buddies from work out after they saw the fish I was catching from my kayak. Tell him to check with outdoor rec. I think its like $15 a day.
