Anyone on Trout?

Recently tried some good trout spots fishing 10-15’ to no avail. For those having success, what depths are you catching at?

Trout bite has been good. They have moved out of the deeper channels and stacked up on depth transition from 5 to 10 feet. Z-Man StreakZ 3.75 has been producing gaudy numbers. Locate productive areas with your depth sounder then go to work.

I concur. 5-10 and creek bends

With the water warming, the fish should move out of the cold water patterns and get more aggressive. I’ve been on them consistently, but not in huge numbers. The cold days have found them on the bottom and deep with a very subtle bite (I’m using artificials). If I catch 10 in a trip that’s a lot recently.

Very scattered for me in random places well up the major creek arms in 4-8 feet. 1 here, 1 there. 10 in a day is strong around here as well.

Thank you for the info gentlemen!

I fished Saturday in the Cooper and the waters are up to 53F now. Had a little trouble patterning them but when I put one in a trouts face it pretty much hammered it. Had 6 trout (2 @ 18-19") and 1 overslot red. Was out about 3.5 hrs
