App To Hear/Verbally Respond to Text

My first Motorola Moto G phone had a neat feature that would tell you when a text message came in and would ask you if you would like to hear it. You could respond yes, listen to it and then respond verbally, without ever having to touch the phone. None of the newer phones have had that feature and I have not been able to locate an app that does this. Is anyone aware of an app that will do this??

Verizon has voice to text as one of their features, but I think you have to pay extra for it. My truck does it as a part of the UConnect system, as do a lot of other manufacturers.
