Took a group offshore Thursday and headed toward the 380 line wishing for a smoothe ride. The weather man was wrong, instead of 3-5’s we had stacked 4-6’s with an occasional larger waves thrown in for fun… It finally started to subside when we pulled our lines.
The 56’ Ocean Sport Fisher did well and our clients had a good time in an otherwise tough day to fish. Put some mahi in the box, and one of our anglers caught a mahi, Blackfin tuna and Wahoo for a grand slam for the day!
A large weed line was beginning to form east of the Triangle, so should be a great formation today and tomorrow about 200 to 250 Ft. out.
