Are finger mullet still here

I have been getting plenty of shrimp but don’t see any fingers around the Stono area lately. Is it to cold for them already?

I caught a bunch in the Wando last weekend. But I am not sure if the cold weather this week ran them off. I will let you know tomorrow!

If you want mullet, go up into the Virginia Avenue creek off of the Cooper River or anywhere around the Bushy Park boat landing, LOADED!!!

I went today and found them in Sandblaster Creek. Sparse with a lot of small shrimp.

Caught all I could stand in tolers cove yesterday. Froze about 50 for cut bait over the winter at the end of the day.

Had trouble finding them, but once I did I caught abiut 50 in one cast! Also found tons of shrimp in the creek.

We caught mullet last year in December by the warm water discharge at the papermill. Be careful of the rocks in front of the discharge if you let the net sink much, goodbye net?
