If an armed Uber driver (especially a lawfully armed one!) had shot and killed someone unlawfully - that would have been international news without a doubt since an Uber driver raped a passenger in India.
But, since it was only a lawfully armed citizen lawfully defending the lives of others…local news only. Stuff like this happens EVERY DAY around the US but doesn’t make it out of the local news. It doesn’t fit the narrative.
