Anyone having luck with a particular artificial bait this time of year? I know its hard because there is so much bait in the creeks. I just like to stay busy. Thanks.

I you are going to fish artificials, you will want something that stands out from all that bait…contrasting color, lots of disturbance, and larger size. Topwaters at dawn and dusk will probably be your most effective summertime artificial lure.

Thanks for all the help everyone
I threw the 17MR Mirrodine last week and did pretty well with the smaller trout. The bigger trout wanted a bigger bait.
I suggest you use what nature has provided.Live bait.
