good,it a 14 point violation for killing or attempting to kill or molest deer from a motorboat.
You must be tons of fun at parties.
I knew not to ask that on sc ducks ive seen prior posts get bashed on there. I must say ive duck hunted alot of the east coast and it seems sc is the hardest state to get even a smidge of local knowledge. Not even “where do you hunt” questions but even general reports. But on the other hand with my efforts pre season seems like its going to be a good one.

SC probably has the largest concentration of clueless rubberheads, that attempt to shoot ducks.
If you do not have property that can support secluded feeding and roosting of waterfowl, the options have become extremely limited in this area. All plantations from the ACE Basin in the south to the Georgetown county line will hold birds, there used to be decent river shooting outside the plantations. Better shooting if the plantations are hunting, keeping birds on the move. Now those hunts are tight lipped and you don’t know its happening unless you’re there. Then you have to battle the large number of rubberheads, that don’t even know which end of a call to blow.
Santee lakes were good back in the day , had some decent birds, but spraying and killing all the hydrilla has left little natural food available. Again, some spots can be productive on the lakes and near plantations, but you have to get out on the water and scout. It would be best to scout before the season.
Haha good to know, i was thinking of tryng ACE basin, a little late now but i got a few scouted spots that have procduced this far thanks for the input.
