Ashley River no wake zones

My boat is at RiversEdge Marina this year. Never really ran up the Ashley much before this year, but enough to know the distance okay up to the 526 bridge.

The no wake zone at Dolphin Cove Marina, is that the whole width of the river, or just to the marina side of those markers? I’ve been idling past there, but yesterday while heading back to the marina a commercial guy ran right through there by me. That got me wondering if the intent for that no wake zone was just to the marina side of the river.

Just the marina side - same at Leeds ave.

The only official no wake zones(that I know of)are - City Dock, Magnolia Gardens, Middleton, Kings Grant, Jessen and Ft. Dorchester.

Thanks. There’s also a lone marker near the dock at the end of Lowndes Pointe Dr. that I think is new. Any map showing all the no wake zones around there? I’ve been looking for something online and on the DNR site but haven’t found anything. It would be nice to be able to just see them all laid out on a aerial. DNR already has a ton of GIS data online for download.

city no wake zones on the Ashley are illegal.
look it up.

If you were to see the docks at Dolphin Cove you would understand the need for a no wake zone…
