I see reports on the Wando, Cooper and Stono, but nothing on the Ashley. Is fishing just bad in the Ashley, if not where is a good spot to start.
There are a lot of fish in the Ashley. I think most avoid it because it’s muddy and therefore water visibility is often poor, making it a challenge to fish

…and lots of boat traffic especially in the summer. Where to start??? On a falling tide, at the mouth of any of the many creeks that feed into the river. Or along the edges of the grass where there’s a cut-out and a sharp bank, on a rising tide.
